Welcome to Utilities Services. The Utilities Services Group serves as the accounting, metering, and billing arm for the Utility Services Enterprise. This department is responsible for the direct purchase of all utilities, utility bill payment, customer recharge, reconciliation, and record retention. Accounting for both purchased and UM generated utilities are conducted within this group.

Our energy billing system (EBS) was implemented on July 1^st 2004. This new system significantly improves the accuracy and reliability of our utility purchasing and billing procedures, and provides customers with web-based access for retrieving billing information. By clicking the web-based interface link on the left, you can find up-to-date information on current and historical charges, flexible reporting tools, and operating instructions.
