While the University of Michigan runs a nationally-recognized recycling program, to truly be the “Leaders and Best,” we must expand our thinking on recycling beyond the day-to-day paper and container recycling. Reusing and recycling debris generated from construction, demolition and renovation projects is an excellent step towards achieving a holistic recycling program at UM.
