Help protect the environment and assist in the Recycling Program at Michigan Stadium! Students will assist fans and vendors prior to home football games with recycling resources and questions. Duties include facilitating the recycling of cardboard from vendors and interacting with fans to encourage plastic bottle and cup recycling.
Students interested in conservation, natural resources, environmental studies, sustainability, recycling and/or program planning for large events will learn how these concepts are applied to the U‐M Athletics program.
Students must be available to work a 3 hour shift prior to Michigan home football games, which occur on the following dates:

Shifts begin 3 hours prior to kickoff. For information on kickoff times, visit the Michigan Football schedule. Note that kickoff times are announced at least 6 days prior to the game, though we generally know farther ahead of time.
Students must also be available to work on the Sunday mornings following each home game, beginning at 8 am for approximately 2 hours. Workers for Sunday mornings will be established on a rotating schedule since a smaller crew is needed on those mornings.
Students must provide their own transportation to the Stadium and meet 3 hours prior to kickoff at Gate 9.
Pay is $9.00/hour, with a $0.25 raise for each returning season.
