RecycleMania 2012
This winter term marks the University of Michigan’s seventh year participating in RecycleMania!

Recycling Champions Competition
Compete against other campus buildings in this ten-week waste reduction and recycling competition.

Recycling Best Practices Report
This summer, the Office of Waste Reduction and Recycling sought to document the waste and recycling practices of U-M's top performing buildings with the goal of transferring these best practices to lower performing buildings campus-wide.

Stadium Recycling
On November 26th, the University of Michigan played Ohio State. It was the final home game of the year with 114,132 fans in attendance. At the game, with the help of Michigan fans and vendors, we recycled 15 percent of the waste from the game and kept this material from going to the landfill. We handled 3.56 tons of recyclables!

Recycle Write!
U-M Recycling has partnered with Procurement Services and TerraCycle to bring the Recycle Write! program to campus. Students, faculty and staff can now recycle their pens, pencils and markers.
