Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I get service?The Plant Operations Call Center known as "POCC", serves as Plant Operations' "single point of contact" for our clients in the campus community. All work orders for services go through them.Call POCC at 647-2059 to speak to someone in person. Or if you prefer, use the easy online form for general fund work orders or the downloadable .pdf file for customer pay requests.
Contact the Department of Public Safety at 763-1131 for security related issues or call 911 in an emergency.
