The University of Michigan, Plant Operations, Construction Services, is a full service construction group, equipped with the right tools and the right people to handle projects of all sizes. Construction Services provides the highest quality construction at competitive prices.
The group was established in 1984 to provide construction and renovation services on University facilities. The 'Construction Services' name was adopted in the fall of 2000.
